Good Morning Fellow Stampers -
Thursday already!! Wow! Guess that's what happens when you have such a busy week -- it just flies by! I'm crossing my fingers for some cooler weather soon and it has just been way too hot for me lately! Miss Sadie and I have been having cool walks in the morning; and staying inside in the afternoons.
It's time for the Pals Paper Arts [PPA266] challenge this week. We skipped last week, so it's time to get back in the swing of things.
I have been thinking about this color challenge all this past week. These colors scream Autumn to me; and I think it's time for some fun little Autumn gift bags, what do you think? ☺ I really wanted to play and do something a little different. We can't always have a card design.
Don't you just love it!! ?? !! ☺
What is so great in making these cute little bags is the fabulous Gift Bag Punch Board.
I haven't used this tool nearly enough; but with all the upcoming holidays, that may change.
I actually made two different size bags, although it's not real obvious in the photo.
A medium bag in the center; two small bags on the left and right.
One each of Delightful Dijon, Old Olive, and Cajun Craze.
The leaves from the Lighthearted Leaves stamp set are also stamped in the three colors, and cut out with the Leaflets framelits.
A Gold Metallic Doily sets up the background, with tags are punched with the Banner Triple Punch, and stamped using sentiments from the For All Things stamp set -- a lovely Fall set.
I used leftover clothespins from last year's holiday tag kit -- they are in Early Espresso, so they are the perfect color for this.
A few pearls, and my cute little bags are ready to go 😉
Now what should I put inside . . . . hmmmmm . . . .
I hope you have enjoyed today's little project. I think some Happy Fall gifts for co-workers may be in order!! I'm definitely looking forward to cooler weather and falling leaves. How about you ?
Have a great day everyone!
Until Next Time . . .
