Good Morning Fellow Stampers ~
Whooo Hooo -- we've made it halfway through the week! We're working hard here at DDS Studios to get caught up and start preparing for the hectic season ahead. Keep you eye on the Class Schedule page as I hope to have the schedule planned up by later this week; and stay tuned, as we are planning lots of exciting projects and inspiration for your crafting pleasure. We also have so many exciting things going on at Stampin' Up! right now - so don't miss out on signing up for Paper Pumpkin, and putting together you favorite designer series paper list for the sale coming in October!!
Today, as promised, it's time for Class With Wendy, and a full tutorial on how to create the beautiful "white-on-white" (or what would be termed "tone-on-tone" in the quilting world) "Fall" card from last week's Pretty Pals Blog Hop. Tone-on-tone is a very elegant and striking method of design. This method is highly regarded in quilting circles; and can be translated across to many other crafting styles. I hope you enjoyed the technique in this card presentation.
Today's tutorial is one style and way of creating a card like this. Next week, we are going to explore another technique, that gives a similar type look, but is effected in a totally different way. It is a new technique that just burst on the scene since a certain "eclipse event" a month ago -- LOL. We'll showcase that and talk more about it in next week's Class With Wendy tutorial, so I hope you'll come back and visit with me next week for that fun tutorial.
So let's jump in with Class With Wendy today. I'm so happy and excited you are here and I hope you will have fun and enjoy virtual class today!! Here we go . . . .
