Good Morning Fellow Stampers ~
We're having a brrrrrr start to our Thurday. Makes one want to stay snuggled under the covers with the dawg!! LOL I'm sure Miss Sadie Ann would prefer if mommy stayed home and snuggled. But off to work we go - hi ho!! LOL
It's time for this week's CASE-Out . . . and I thoroughly enjoyed spinning the lock on this suitcase. I'm focusing on a stamp set that I've been wanting to ink up for some time now; and having finally gotten to play, love it even more than when I first saw it in the Occasions catalog. Today's CASE is more of a "Copy and Selectively Edit" than a straight up CASE. Let's lift the lid, and take a closer look!!

"CASE-Out" Design Guide
1. Fold the 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" Pool Party cardstock on the 4-1/4" score line and gently burnish with your bone folder. [Reminder: Fold "inward" on your bump - bump goes to the inside - to get that nice clean professional look]. Use your bone folder gently so as not to "crack" your cardstock.
2. Using the sentiment of your choice, stamp the card base front randomly all over in Pool Party ink.
3. On the Whisper White panel, stamp as follows: The "larger" water image in Pool Party at about the halfway mark on the panel; stamp the smaller "water" image in Dapper Denim over the Pool Party. Stamp the "grass" in Lemon Lime Twist just above the "water." Stamp the mountain image in Crumb Cake just above the "grass." Stamp the trees in Old Olive; the "sun" in Daffodil Delight; then finish off the scene with "random dotted" image in Dapper Denim. I was sparing with this final step - a little to the right over the water; a little to left edge.
4. Stamp the sentiment in Dapper Denim ink on the Whisper White 1-1/8" x 2-1/8" strip. The measurement for the length is approximate. If you want to punch the banner in the Banner Triple Punch, then cut the length closer to 2-1/4". If you will snip the banner tail by hand - then make the strip closer to 2" long.
5. Attach to your card front with just a touch of SNAIL; then run a quick "seam" on the sewing machine with white thread.
6. Pop the panel on the front of the card with dimensionals.
7. Don't forget to decorate your envelope -- no naked envelopes stampers!!
I am in love with this stamp set. We'll be doing somemore playing with this fun set here shortly as it has so many options to is. And I think what I love the most is the "watercolor" effect you achieve and it's all done with stamps and ink. No mess; No fuss!! Time to shut the lid on this suitcase. Be sure to come back next week and see what we find inside . . .
Until Next Time . . .
