Good Morning Fellow Stampers ~
WOW! A planned project actually finished and sent out to all of you on time!! Something must be wrong in the neighborhood -- LOL 😂😂
I've been working hard on "catch up" this week - both for Christmas preparations around the house, and directly for DDS Studio activities that are ongoing. Busy! Busy! Busy!! But then that keeps you out of trouble, right?? LOL
Inspiration can be a funny thing. I thought I knew what I was going to sit down and put together to share with you all today; but then something jumped out at me while I was online the other day, and it changed everything for me! In fact, I was so inspired, that I sat down almost immediately and created my own version of the card design I saw. The original card I saw wasn't too exciting to be sure. The card maker had created a 11" x 4-1/2" card that was scored in an "odd" place and left the back of the card (or inside flap) sticking out further than the front (front flap) of the card. Almost immediately I envisioned a much better way to create a similar card - and create a "fun fold" in the process. So let me walk you through my CASE - and the wonderful stamp set and specialty paper that will be gone very soon!!
This card I'm dubbing the "Off-Side" Cross Over Flap Fold Card -- LOL (ok, I made it up!!)
And the secret is . . . on the back side of the front panel -- there's a little envelope to hold a "monetary" gift to someone special; perfect for those $20 bills -- lots of them -- LOL

"CASE-Out" Design Guide
1. Score your 11" x 4-1/4" Thick Whisper White cardstock base (along the 11" side) at 4-1/4" and 9-1/4"; gently fold and burnish with your bone folder. Reminder: The "raised bump" of your score line goes to the inside to create that beautiful professional fold.
2. Prepare Real Red cardstock and DSP layers for the front panel of the card (front & inside), the small side panel front and inside, and the center inside panel as follows: Front panel (front & inside/back) - Real Red cardstock 4-1/8" x 4-1/8"; DSP scattered mittens design & candy stripe design (backside of mitten design) 4" x 4" ; Small Side/Front Panel (front & inside/back) - Real Red cardstock 1-5/8" x 4-1/8"; DSP scattered mittens & candy stripe (backside of mitten design) 1-1/2" x 4"; Center inside panel of card - Real Red 4-3/4" x 4-1/8"; Shimmery White 4-5/8" x 4". Prepare all your layers and attach them to the designated panels on your card base. Note: The scattered mitten design of the specialty DSP should show on the front panels of your card base; and the pool party/real red/whisper white candy stripe design which is the back side of the mitten design should be on the inside (the backside of the front panels). See the sample pictures as they are shown throughout the tutorial.
3. From Shimmery White cardstock, use the largest Stitched Edge Shape circle die to cut out a circle. Stamp across it with the snowflake image in the Snowman Season stamp set using Mint Macaron ink (stamping off first), keeping the image "scattered" and "light" across the background of the circle.
4. Stamp the "Let It Snow" sentiment using Memento Tuxedo Black in to the right center of the circle.
5. Using the largest scallop circle from the Layering Circles Dies, cut from Real Red cardstock. Layer the Shimmery White stitched circle to the Real Red scallop circle using SNAIL.
6. Separate a stitched felt accent hat, scarf, and pair of mittens from the Let It Snow Embellishment Kit; cut a length of 1/8" Real Red Curly Ribbon. Using Multi-Purpose Glue, attach the embellishments on the Shimmery White layered circle (see sample). Put dimensionals on the back of the layered finished circle (to the left hand side only); then place on the front of the main panel of the card base so that the right-hand side of the circle "falls" off the edge of the card and overlaps the narrow front panel beneath it, and the left side of the circle only is attached to the front panel. (See samples)
7. On the inside center panel, again stamp the snowflake image using Mint Macaron ink (stamped off first) scattered across the background. Stamp the snowman image in Memento Tuxedo Black to the lower right corner. Stamp the sentiment "Hoping all your Christmas Wishes come true" from the So Many Stars stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black to the left of the snowman image and to the bottom center of the panel.
8. Stamp the "backside" of a 3" x 3" envelope with the snowflake image in Mint Macaron; and then the "To: From" sentiment from the Snowman Season stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink below the flap. Attach the envelope using SNAIL on the inside/back front panel flap. Stash your $100 bill gift here -- LOL 😁😁 And if you are . . . send it to me!! LOL 😉😉
9. Finish off the front panels of the card (both panels) with scattered Holiday Rhinestone Jewels (I centered the smaller ones in the little snowflakes in the DSP design).
10. Most Importantly!!! Have Fun!!!
