Hello Fellow Stampers ~
What a week!! I'm so glad it's an Off-Friday, and that I can try to think about something other than work today!!
We've been focusing on our beautiful Annual Catalog and the products that will be retiring and leaving us soon!!! Makes me so sad!! 😥😥
My product focus and design today is a stamp set that was one of my top picks from the moment it was released!!! I haven't used it nearly enough; but it will definitely be staying in my stash! And this fun project is an idea I picked up on from Pinterest; and then added my own twist to because I thought, hey!! What fun would this be! It's so cute, it just makes me giggle!!
This is Daisy, the bobble-head cow!! LOL
Truly, one of my creative customers put me onto these "Action Wobbles" that you can use on your cards -- they're pretty cool! Click on the active link in that sentence, and you can order them there on Amazon!
Be prepared, because it pops whatever you put on it up pretty far -- but really gives it a cute jiggle and wobble! I love it!! Especially for my cute Daisy Cow!
What's better than a cow in a field of daisies? Why one that wants to BE a daisy of course!! LOL
Sadly, our Over the Moon stamp set will be retiring as of midnight June 2nd. I adore these cows!
This cutie was stamped in Gray Granite on Shimmery White cardstock, and fussy cut out; then I VERY carefully cut away the head from the body.
The body is popped with dimensionals on the sponged and inked "field" background; then I punched 2 of each size of daisy using the Medium and Regular Daisy punches from some older gingham designer paper I had left; then I glued all the daisy layers together; popped the cow head in the center with dimensionals so the petals could curve nicely upward; and then put the wobble piece on the back and set it back into its spot with the body on the card.
So cute!!
Here's a little different angle so you can see the coloring, stamping, and the "popped up" effect.
Now how's that for a Fabulous "Cheerful" Friday card design?
I hope you're smiling now!!
I Love to hear from you. Leave your questions or comments below!!
