My goodness this has been a strange week!! Very busy with work; very busy at home. And I'm tired ta-boot!! LOL Lots going on.
I am having a lot of fun, however, playing with Christmas In July . . . and I'm excited to share today's "spotlight" with you as it a fabulous product medley that is being brought back in this year's Holiday Mini Catalog. It's one that, again, I did not spend any time with last year; and wish I had. The papers, and embellishments, and the stamp set are just gorgeous!! So let's take a look and have some "wonderful time" together today!!
Most Wonderful Time Product Medley (pg. 7 of the new 2020 Aug.-Dec. Holiday Mini Catalog)
This incredible and wonderful product medley contains a wonderful photopolymer stamp set; coordinating die set; Gold Foil accented 6" x 6" specialty designer series pack; Gold Foil accented card fronts; Gold Accented Sticker Sheets; Gold Star embellishments; and a fun Gold / White Tinsel Trim.
I'm loving this set of products . . . And . . .
I love even more that there is a Refill Pack this year that will refill all your paper/sticker products and the Star embellishments so you can keep right on playing!!!
I had so much fun designing cards with this product medley. I have so much more I want to do ~ let's hope I get that time this year (unlike last year!!!)
This set of 4 cards was designed to showcase the gorgeous designer paper in this medley; and to show you how easily you can create a card with the ready-to-go stickers and other pieces in the set.
Let's start with this pretty beauty!! All the paper in this designer pack is just gorgeous -- it's hard for me to pick just one; and even hard to cut them.
These beautiful deer have Gold Foil accents both on their antlers as well as the spots on their back.
You can see one of the flip-side patterns on here as well in the Old Olive scattered star pattern on the left. I added the Tinsel Trim down the "seam" between the two papers.
I used the Stitched Shapes Dies - the largest circle - and used one of the ready-to-go Tree stickers (the larger one); then I stamped one of the trees from the stamp set in Old Olive and cut it out with the corresponding dies and added it (the smaller tree).
I think the font of the sentiment is gorgeous - and yes, this label die cut is also part of the die set!! Just beautiful!!
See those pretty Star embellishments added to the top of each tree?? 😉😉
This gorgeous "rich" colored card showcases one of my very favorite designs in this paper collection - the Real Red with the holly against is just so gorgeous - and again, all with Gold Foil accents throughout the design.
I switched gears just slightly here and went to the Layering Ovals dies to create a gorgeous center focal poinnt.
The Whisper White oval was embossed with the Scripty 3D emboss folder; then framed with a Gold Foil Scalloped Oval.
What is so wonderful about this card is the ready-to-go Holly stickers - that I just laid out on the center oval. The gold accents are beautiful!
And I used Gold Emboss powder on this sentiment.
My third card showcases the gift image paper from this collection. Again, lots of pretty Gold Foil accents.
And then I stamped the gift boxes from the stamp set in Smoky Slate - these are "Dist-ink-tive" stamps so you get a fabulous look to the boxes. This set is also a 2-step stamp set, so I came back in with the bows in Real Red. Then they were cut using the coordinated dies, and set on the Nested Label cutouts.
I "strung" some Tinsel Trim around the edges for a fun effect!
My fourth card is the half-fold fun fold card I showcased the other day, with a fun "flap" created with the Layering Squares Dies.
These ready-to-go candy cane stickers make life easy and fun to create this card! Tip: Use your Embossing Buddy to take off the "sticky" on the parts that stick out beyond the circle.
