Here we come!! It's Monday!! And we've been quite busy here at DDS Studios!
This past weekend we had the DDS Studios Annual Valentine Class -- tons of fun, even though we were a small group this year!! I may try to share some of those fun projects with you over this next week; but before I jump into those, I wanted to share some other fun products I've been playing with along those same themes. Combining our fun Sale-a-Bration products with our catalog products!! There are so many wonderful options to play with!
Today's project features the Love & Happiness Bundle - focused on the incredible Bouquet of Love Hybrid Embossing Folder. I love our new Hybrid embossing sets; and hope you have discovered these too.
I'm also featuring the Simply Marbleous 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper from our Sale-a-Bration selections; available with a $50 threshold order. Here I'm showcasing how you can emboss the DSP, and make it a complete part of your design!
I even use some of the designer paper to stamp the sentiment right on it, and die cut. Don't you love how pretty this all looks laid together?!?
The Mother of Pearl Specialty Paper is perfect to die cut a heart for the "peekaboo" inset.
And you can see how I offset the embossed/die cut heart to allow that Mother of Pearl heart to show in the background.
The sweet little flowers and leaves are also die cut with the Marbleous designer series paper, and glued in place for a simple flower spray.
The "double bow" is easy to tie; and the Elegant Faceted Gems finish everything nicely!
